Ingredients

250 ml boiling water
340 g crystal sugar
3 g citric acid
3 g Forest Fruit Flavour A30465

Method

  • Dissolve the sugar in the hot water.
  • Let the mixture cool down.
  • Add the flavour, citric acid and the additional colouring.
  • Dilute 1 part of this cordial with 7 parts water.

Instead of crystal sugar or citric acid you can also use other types of sugar or lemon juice.
