To create unique and special products we spend a lot of time at research and development where we have the vital equipment to do so. We develop new flavours and products, but we can also develop natural extracts and use this for our research projects.
With our GCMS equipment we can research the flavour molecules that are present in nature. With this knowledge we can upgrade the quality of our flavours.
We also use our natural extracts to research their natural molecules. Which ingredients are present in a Granny Smith? Why is this flavour more ‘green’ than a Golden Delicious? What happens with the flavour if you heat up apples?
